| The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida (“Court”), through an Invitation to Negotiate (“ITN # 2011-01”) seeks sealed proposals from qualified entities (“Proposers”) to provide court reporting services, funded at public expense, for certain court proceedings in and for the Court, effective January 2, 2012. |

| Arriving on Time for a Court Date at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building |
| Due to traffic, parking, security screening procedures and general building congestion during peak visitor hours, it may take 20 to 30 minutes to park and proceed through security at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building. Therefore, all visitors to this courthouse should plan for extra travel time in order to arrive in the courtroom on time. |

| Attorneys who practice in civil matters and have relocated must provide an updated mailing address to the Clerk’s Office at the Dade County Courthouse, as all court mailings on civil matters are mailed to the address on file with the Clerk. |
