| NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS PRACTICING IN CIVIL MATTERS |
This is a reminder that court mailings on civil matters are sent to the most recent address supplied to the Clerk of Court. Whenever attorneys relocate, they must notify the Clerk at Room 137 (“New Filings”) at the Dade County Courthouse, 73 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33130, of their new address. Attorneys must include their Florida Bar Number in the notification.
Also, law firms need to be aware that if an attorney on a case leaves the law firm and the law firm does not notify the Court through a Substitution of Counsel notice, any future court notices will continue to be sent to the attorney that left the firm, because that is the bar number associated with the case.
