Administrative Judge Teretha Lundy Thomas is already piloting eCourtesy at the Dade County Courthouse, County Civil Section 02. Effective March 11, 2013, Judge Shelley Kravitz, also at the Dade County Courthouse, County Civil Section 01 and Judge Nuria Saenz at the Coral Gables Branch Court, County Civil Section 04 will also begin piloting eCourtesy. eCourtesy is a delivery method for sending copies of filed and served documents to the Judge. You must file original documents with the Clerk of Court for docketing and placement in the court file. The eCourtesy application does not schedule.
