MOTION CALENDARS FOR DIVISION 22 WILL BE HEARD ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS AT 9:00 A.M. 

5 MIN. MOTION CALENDARS:  Effective July 12, 2016 Notices of Hearings MUST be filed with the Clerk of Courts 3 business days, not including the hearing date, prior to hearing in order to be calendared.

MOTIONS TO CONTINUE TRIAL MUST BE SET ON A 5 MINUTES MOTION CALENDAR. 

• Telephonic hearings will be allowed ONLY in extreme circumstances. In order to appear by phone, submit your motion and proposed order granting telephonic appearance via e-courtesy under proposed orders.  THE PROPOSED ORDER SHALL STATE THAT THE PARTIES ARE TO CONTACT CourtCall AND IT IS THE OBLIGATION OF COUNSEL TO USE THE SERVICE AND BE AVAILABLE AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE MOTION CALENDAR. The proposed order shall not contain blanks.

* Any Lawyers scheduling and noticing a motion must certify that the have already contacted opposing counsel to resolve all issues to be presented and have been able to agree.

* Anyone noticing motions who has NOT previously contacted counsel in an effort to resolve the matter will be subject to sanctions. This must be certified as set above on the motion.

*All motions/exhibits should be submitted by e-courtesy.  

• Setting parties must notify all parties of interest and confirm their attendance. All Parties must be present for motion to be heard.

Cancellations for 5 Minute Motion Calendar:
Counsel for the party who placed a motion on the motion calendar shall fax a notice of cancellation to: Division 22 at 305-349-7249 prior to scheduled hearing.
