Additional Instructions:

-Select a date: Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:30, 9:45, 10:00,10:15 or 10:30am) EXCEPT for CANCELLATION dates (see above).  Please limit your motions to 5 motions per calendar date, per Law Firm.

(You MUST coordinate with Opposing Counsel for all motion calendar hearings, including add-ons/cross-notices.  Notate the name of the person coordinated with under the title heading: Notice of Hearing. If the other party is pro se, no coordination is necessary (notate on NOH)).

-Submit NOH via the eCourtesy Motion Calendar Section
-Check the docket within 48 hours of submission for confirmation that hearing has been set by JA: Docket code: LS: 05/04 OR CSFH (time of hearing may be different due to unavailibilty).
-eFile/ePortal your NOH after JA's Code reflects on the docket.

Only if the calendar date CAP has been reached will you receive a notice from eCourtesy that your motion(s) did not make calendar.
