You must call the office to set ALL Motion hearing dates.  This includes motion calendar and special set hearings.

With all motions, the movant is expected to have spoken with the opposing side in an attempt to resolve the issue.  All motions  contain a certification to this affect.  Failure to comply may result in the court rescheduling your motion until you have complied with this requirement.  Additionally, at the hearing, you must be prepared to present proof of proper notice.

Notice Before Hearing is seven (7) Calendar days.
