MOTION CALENDAR
MUST be coordinated between the parties and set with my Judicial Assistant.
When setting, please provide email addresses and fax numbers for all parties.
The Court sets hearings and sends notice to all parties/counsel of record.
These are five (5) minute motions.
There are NO add ons.
You MUST provide the Court with a Notice of Cancellation in writing at least two (2) business days before the hearing date. Only the movant may cancel a hearing without an order from the court.

OPEN MOTION CALENDAR
Two Fridays a month. Dates are determined on a monthly basis. Please call my Judicial Assistant for dates and to be placed on the open motion calendar list.
Procedure:
Only Discovery motions (e.g. motions to compel, sanctions for failure to comply with discovery, protective orders). Please note that clerk will not have your file during open motion calendars. Any motions requiring review or reference to pleadings or other papers will not be heard and must be set for motion calendar.
Kindly provide a courtesy copy of the motion to my office at least two days prior to the open motion calendar.
