Additional Instructions:

Select a date: Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:30, 9:45, 10:00,10:15 or 10:30am) EXCEPT for (see above) CANCELLATION dates.  Please limit your motions to 5 motions per calendar date, per Law Firm.

You MUST coordinate with Opposing Counsel for all motion calendar hearings, including add-ons/cross-notices.  Notate the name of the person on your Notice of Hearing. If the other party is pro se, no coordination is necessary (notate on NOH).

Submit NOH via the eCourtesy Motion Calendar Section.  eFile your NOH after JA's Code (confirmation of hearing) reflects on docket.  (eFiling your NOH Only, does not confirm that your hearing has made calendar.)

Check the docket within 4
8 hours for confirmation that hearing has been set by JA (Docket code:  LS: 05/04 OR CSFH).

Only if the CAP has been reached will you receive a notice from eCourtesy that your motion(s) did not make calendar.

***NOTE: Dates are now available until April 2015. New dates are given on the last business day of each month.***

>>>REMINDER: If the parties reach a settlement, please notify the Court immediately so that any scheduled hearings may be cancelled by emailing or faxing the Notice to Cancel/Settlement to chambers.<<<
