PROBATE AND GUARDIANSHIP
The Probate Division hears cases related to Estates and Guardianships as well as Mental Health (Baker Act), Substance Abuse (Marchman Act), Adult Protective Services, Developmental Disabilities and Tuberculosis Control. The judges and support personnel for this division are located at the Dade County Courthouse.
