Beach Branch Court Operations
will be TEMPORARILY RELOCATED due to the ongoing construction
of the City of Miami Beach Historic City Hall Building
Civil Matters will be heard at:
Dade County Courthouse,
73 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130
Civil
Cases
filed at the Clerk of Court’s Satellite Office
located at 225 WASHINGTON AVENUE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
will continue to be filed as Miami Beach cases and presided
over by the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles.
All
County Civil and Landlord Cases will be heard
at the Dade County Courthouse, 73 West Flagler Street,
Room 712, Miami, Florida 33130.

Office is expected to be open starting July 3,
2006.
Operations for the Clerk of Court for the Miami Beach
District Court will temporarily move to 225 Washington
Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, and will be open
for business at this new location on July 3,
2006.
Hours of operation will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The following services will be provided: marriage license
applications, marriage ceremonies, traffic and parking
fine payments, and all County Court civil filings. For
