Congratulations to Judge Jose Rodriguez, who received the Mario Goderich P.A.V.E.R. Award last night at the Cuban American Bar Association’s 2025 Elections & Holiday Celebration in Coral Gables.

The P.A.V.E.R. Award, one of CABA’s highest honors, recognizes professionalism, achievement, values, excellence, and respect - qualities Judge Rodriguez has embodied throughout his career.

This award is especially meaningful because it is named after Judge Mario Goderich, the very man who swore Judge Rodriguez in as a lawyer in 1981.

Judge Rodriguez will retire at the end of this year as the longest-serving judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, closing an extraordinary chapter of public service.
