Court Interpreters & Language Access: Who We Are, What We Do and How We Do It

Andres Messulam SCCI and President of the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF), and Jacqueline Guldris SCCI will be presenting on the characteristics of court interpreters and synthesizing the knowledge and skills required to be one. The presenters will also be speaking about the importance of language access in our court system and will be providing a handout with tips on how to work with court interpreters to be able to obtain a better use of this language resource.

Judiciary and all professionals

who work with families in conflict are welcome.

Please remember to bring your lunch!
