The Miami-Dade Courts and Court Facilities will be closed on Wednesday & Thursday, Sept. 28-29, due to Tropical Storm Ian, following the announcement of public school closures.

Remote hearings scheduled for these dates may still take place in certain limited circumstances. Please check with the presiding judge in your case for further information and to confirm cancellation.
