Domestic Violence Bond and Emergency Hearings to be Held on Zoom Virtual Court Platform Starting April 22, 2020

Domestic Violence bond hearings (first appearances) and emergency motions, formerly held via video conference at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, will begin taking place on the Zoom Virtual Court platform starting on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

Judges from the Domestic Violence Division will be assigned to cover each week’s bond hearings and emergency motions on a rotating basis. The weekly schedule through the week of May 11, 2020 is available for download in the links below.

All parties are asked to follow the Zoom Virtual Court procedures outlined in the Domestic Violence Bond and Emergency Hearing Protocols also available for download at the links below.

Questions should be directed to the judicial assistant of the presiding judge assigned that week. A judicial directory is available here.
