All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of Courts offices will be closed on Friday, Dec. 25, 2020, and Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, in observance of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
The courts and clerk’s offices will re-open under Phase 2 COVID-19 Emergency Operations on Monday, December 28th, following the Christmas Day holiday, and on Monday, Jan. 4th, following the New Year’s Day holiday.
NOTE: The courts are open on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31.
