Due to anticipated adverse weather conditions created by Tropical Storm Eta, all Miami-Dade Courts will be closed on Monday, November 9^th.

All hearings, including remote hearings, scheduled for Monday, November 9th, are cancelled with the exception of bond/first appearance hearings.

Bond/first appearance hearings will take place on the weekend/holiday schedule.

All cancelled hearings will be re-scheduled to a future date.

Weather permitting, the courts are anticipated to resume normal operations Tuesday.
