COVID-19 Advisory #62: Self-Monitoring Notice

 

Two individuals who worked in the locations and on the dates listed below have tested positive for COVID-19.

Persons identified as having been in close proximity to the confirmed individuals are being notified and will be asked to take all necessary precautions.

 

Individual #1 - Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center, 175 NW 1st Ave.:           

27th Floor Administrative Services Division Suite

20th Floor Mailroom

Last dates worked: Jan. 11-12 and Jan. 19, 2021

 

Individual #2 - Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center, 175 NW 1st Ave.:           

Room 2327

Last dates worked: Jan. 12, 14 and 19, 2021

 

Persons who were in these locations recently should follow self-monitoring steps for the next 14 days as outlined in the Centers for Disease Control website at:

Self-monitoring means people should monitor themselves for fever by taking their temperatures twice a day and remain alert for cough or difficulty breathing. If they feel feverish or develop measured fever, cough, or difficulty breathing during the self-monitoring period, they should self-isolate, limit contact with others, and seek advice by telephone from a healthcare provider or their local health department to determine whether medical evaluation is needed.
