COVID-19 Advisory #112: In-Person Trials and Hearings to Resume on Monday, Sept. 20th

Based on the declining COVID-19 community transmission rates in Miami-Dade County, the moratorium on in-person trials and hearings previously enacted under Administrative Order 21-17 will expire on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021.

In-person trials and hearings will resume on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, with remote court proceedings still permitted, and masks still required to be worn at all Miami-Dade courthouses.

Questions regarding specific cases or operations within a court division should be directed to the presiding judge or Administrative Judge of that division. A judicial directory for the Miami-Dade Courts may be found here.
