All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed on Tuesday, Sept. 12th, due to Hurricane Irma.

All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed on Monday, Sept. 11th, 2017, due to the expected arrival of Hurricane Irma in South Florida this weekend.

All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will be closed on Thursday, Sept 7^th and Friday, Sept. 8^th, 2017, due to the expected arrival of Hurricane Irma in South Florida.

All Miami-Dade County Courts will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4th, 2017, in observance of Labor Day.

The Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center, located at 175 NW 1st Avenue, will reopen on Friday, August 4, 2017, for regular business in the Family and Domestic Violence Divisions. The Probate Division will reopen on Monday, August 7th.
