HURRICANE IRMA ADVISORY #1
MIAMI-DADE COURTS AND CLERK’S OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY SEPT. 7 AND FRIDAY SEPT. 8 DUE TO HURRICANE IRMA
All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will be closed on Thursday, Sept 7th and Friday, Sept. 8th, 2017, due to the expected arrival of Hurricane Irma in South Florida.
All Court proceedings previously scheduled for these dates will be re-scheduled and parties will be notified accordingly.
All bond hearings will be heard starting at 9am at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, 1351 NW 12 Street, weather and area conditions permitting. Please check news reports frequently. Future updates on bond hearing schedules will be provided.
The Miami-Dade Courts, in conjunction with its justice partners and local officials, will continue to closely monitor Hurricane Irma and will provide updated information as soon as available.
