All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed through Friday, Sept. 15, 2017,  pending clearance by the Miami-Dade Internal Services Dept. to resume operations at courthouse facilities. 


The courts and clerk's offices expect to re-open on Monday, Sept. 18th.

All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4th, 2017, in observance of Labor Day.

The courts and clerk’s offices will reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 5th, following regular schedules.
