All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed through Friday, Sept. 15, 2017,  pending clearance by the Miami-Dade Internal Services Dept. to resume operations at courthouse facilities. 


The courts and clerk's offices expect to re-open on Monday, Sept. 18th.

All Miami-Dade Courts Closed on Monday, Feb. 15th, in Observance of Presidents Day

 

All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of Courts offices will be closed on Monday, February 15, 2021, in observance of Presidents Day.

The courts and clerk’s offices will resume Phase 2 COVID-19 Emergency Operations on Tuesday, February 16th, following regular schedules.
