All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed through Friday, Sept. 15, 2017,  pending clearance by the Miami-Dade Internal Services Dept. to resume operations at courthouse facilities. 


The courts and clerk's offices expect to re-open on Monday, Sept. 18th.

All Miami-Dade Courts and Court Facilities, as well as the Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts’ offices, will reopen on Thursday, Nov. 10th following regular business schedules.
