All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed through Friday, Sept. 15, 2017,  pending clearance by the Miami-Dade Internal Services Dept. to resume operations at courthouse facilities. 

The courts and clerk's offices expect to re-open on Monday, Sept. 18th.

All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed through Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017,  pending clearance by the Miami-Dade Internal Services Dept. to resume operations at courthouse facilities. 

All Miami-Dade Courts and Clerk of Courts’ offices will remain closed on Wednesday, Sept. 13th, due to recovery efforts following Hurricane Irma. 

The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida is proud to announce the launch of G.R.A.C.E. Court – Growth Renewed through Acceptance, Change and Empowerment – a specialized court devoted to the needs of children who have been identified as victims of commercial sexual exploitation and labor trafficking.
