Due to repairs underway in response to an emergency maintenance issue at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, first appearance hearings and jail arraignments will be held at the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse this afternoon, October 13, at 2:00 pm.
Weekend first appearance hearings, juvenile detention hearings, shelter hearings, and jail arraignments will also be held at the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse beginning at 9:00am on Saturday, October 14, through Sunday, October 15.
