Special Set cannot be set on Motion Calendar. Two motion calendars may be set on one Motion Calendar session (total of two for Pl or for Def or one by Pl and one by Def)
Any and all scheduled Hearing supporting documentation needs to be submitted to the Judge no later the 48 hours prior to the hearings ONLY THROUGH COURTMAP.
ALL HEARINGS ARE OPEN AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO GO TO COURTMAP AND SCHEDULE ALL HEARINGS. If you need to cancel the hearing, you MUST do so in CourtMAP and courtesy copy is not required. FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF HEARINGS, PLEASE PROCEED TO CANCEL THE HEARING ON COURTMAP AND FILE A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, courtesy copies is not required.
To schedule a case on Motion Calendar held by ZOOM, coordinate with opposing counsel. If there is still a scheduling difficulty, after documented reasonable attempts, please file a brief motion explaining the attempts and set on the very next available Motion calendar which only requires 7 business days notice and the Courts will address the hearing need and scheduling accordingly.
IN-PERSON CALENDARS (WITH NO EXCEPTIONS) will be Calendar Calls, Non-Jury Trials & Pre-Trial Conferences.
FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF HEARINGS, PLEASE PROCEED TO CANCEL THE HEARING ON COURTMAP AND FILE A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION (We do not require courtesy copies).
