SPECIAL SET HEARING PROCEDURES:
All Motions MUST be filed with the Clerk of Courts prior to requesting a Special Set hearing.
To coordinate a hearing, PLEASE confer with opposing counsel or self represented litigant, once a date has been coordinated, please submit Notice of Hearing and schedule via CourtMAP.
ANY documentation for the hearing MUST be delivered to Chambers 209 by mail  AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO HEARING.
ADD-ONS: No add-ons are permitted without prior consent of the Judge. Please Submit a letter with the Motion for approval via CourtMAP as Proposed Order.
CANCELLATIONS: Only the moving party can cancel the Special Set hearing. Please file a Notice of Cancellation with the Clerk of Courts and EMAIL a copy to the Judicial Assistant (jcordoba@jud11.flcourts.org) PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

Telephonic Appearances: PLEASE SUBMIT A NOTICE OF TELEPHONIC APPEARANCE THOUGH THE EFILING PORTAL OR THROUGH THE CLERK OF COURT AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING. * BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED. 

** If your Motion exceeds 30 pages (including exhibits), please provide a courtesy copy address to the Judge’s Chambers and have  it deliver to the Clerk of the Courts by USPS, Fed-EX, and UPS at least 5 days prior to the hearing.

Responses:  Parties wishing to submit a response to a matter set on a Special Set Calendar must be sure to file said response with the clerk of courts prior to the hearing date. If your Response is over 30 pages (including exhibits),please deliver a courtesy copy to the chambers.
