Files at Hearing:
Motion calendar is held on Tuesday’s at 9:30 A.M.
We do not hold an open calendar therefore you must call chambers to place your motion on the Judge’s calendar.
If the other side is represented we do require courtesy coordination.
Motion calendar require that you submit to the judge copy of the notice of hearing and the motion via us mail or hand delivery prior to the scheduled hearing.
If you are cancelling your hearing you MUST call the chambers to inform us of the cancellation.
No Hearings will be held unless the date was previously coordinated with Chambers, AND courtesy copies of the Motion and the Notice of Hearing are provided to the Judge prior to the hearing.
