Please be advised Notices not filed in a timely manner will be rejected.
Motions to withdraw will be accepted via e-courtesy with client consent. Please use Judge's standing order on the website. If you do not have the client's consent, please set on Motion calendar.
Only three motions per motion calendar per case.
Please do not send hard copies to chambers unless it is over 25 pages.
All motions are to be filed prior to the Motion being set.
All Notice of Hearings and Motions are to be to be filed through the Clerk's office via e-portal. Please confirm you have added the following email address to the service list of all Notices and Motions submitted via e-portal:11thFC33@jud11.flcourts.org
If self-represented, motions may be filed through the Self-Help Program at the Court House center on the 12th floor.
Cancellations: Please submit a Notice of Cancellation and advise chambers if a motion will not be going forward. Both sides must agree to the cancelleation. If there is an objection to the cancellation of a motion set on the motion calendar, you must file a motion to continue and submit to chambers.
