All Zoom hearings will take place on 978 627 8502.
The Court will not entertain hearings on “objections” to discovery. The party seeking to overrule an objection shall motion a motion to compel in compliance with Rule 1.380, Fla.R.Civ.P.
Filing a motion for stay or for reconsideration does NOT relieve the party from complying with the court order and cases may be dismissed for failing to comply with court orders. See, Mercer v. Raine, 443 So. 2d 944 (Fla. 1983) and Cal v. Forward Air Solutions, 199 So. 3d 312 (Fla. 3rd DCA 2016). “There are avenues of redress by appellate review for orders which may be erroneous, but so long as such orders are entered by a court which has jurisdiction of both the subject matter and the parties, they cannot be completely ignored without running the risk that an appropriate sanction may be imposed.” Johnson, 410 So. 2d at 980.
-Foreclosure Motion Calendar is held on Tuesdays at 9:00 A.M. (Availability can be found on CourtMAP)
