However, our divisions remain open. The Judge and her staff are working and are available. We are able to address most matters remotely via phone conferences and ZOOM.

CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19: COURTHOUSE ARE CLOSED FOR IN-PERSON HEARINGS AND TRIALS BASED ON PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORIES AT THE DIRECTION OF THE OF THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT. THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WANTS YOU SAFE AT HOME.

WE ARE ESTABLISHING VIRTUAL COURTROOMS. COURT HEARINGS IN YOUR CASE THAT WE CAN HOLD REMOTELY VIA VIDEO OR PHONE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON THE ZOOM PALTFORM, WHICH IS FREE TO YOU. A remote UCD calendar is held Tuesdays @ 10:00 AM. You will not receive a Zoom Invite for this Calendar, as all UCD orders are processed without a hearing.

Instructions for setting remote UCD hearings:
When you have resolved your case, set your UCD through CourtMap. Select the “Special Set” option, then select “Uncontested Calendar for Litigants.” The following documents must be e-filed through the Florida E-filing Portal AND uploaded to CourtMap as Supporting Documents.  All supporting documents must have the e-filing stamp, or your submission will be rejected.  
Checklist is as follows:
 
1. Petition or Counter Petition
2. Answer or Answer and Waiver
3. Default (if no Answer or Answer/Waiver)
4. UCCJEA Affidavit
5. Financial Affidavit
6. Marital Settlement Agreement
7. Parenting Plan
8. Child Support Guidelines
9. Supplemental Affidavit for Remote UCD or Special Affidavit
10. A copy of the Petitioner's and/or Counter Petitioner’s Valid Driver's License, Florida State ID or Voter’s Registration card (does NOT require an E-file Stamp)
11. Proposed Final Judgment*

*The Proposed Final Judgment should be submitted through Courtmap through the proposed order portal, not as a supporting document. The items listed in 1-10 must be uploaded as supporting documents to the proposed Final Judgment.

Self-Represented Litigants:  You will not have to appear in court. The Judge will prepare a final judgment and send it to you electronically.  Make sure you have an email address registered through Courtmap so that you can receive orders and notices.
