Transfer Calendars are heard by Deputy Chief Judge Gina Beovides every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom. Motions to Transfer must be heard by the Administrative Judge, not by the assigned Division Judge. The e-filed Motion to Transfer must be uploaded at the time of scheduling. The Notice of Hearing must be e-filed and uploaded to courtMAP prior to hearing.

Motions to Transfer can be set via courtMAP by following the steps below:
1. Retrieve the case number and validate
2. Click Case Tools and select Create Event
3. Click “Next,” and select Judicial Section in the dropdown menu (courtMAP will autogenerate the Division Judge's name)
4. In the top right corner, toggle the “Show Transfer Calendar” switch, which will change from grey to purple, and the CA03 Zoom - Transfer Calendar will become available.

If parties are in agreement, then there is no need to set the matter for hearing. Instead, send a copy of the e-filed motion and Agreed Order for Transfer in Word format to CA03@jud11.flcourts.org . All parties must be copied on the email.

Unilateral setting of hearings is not permitted. If you are seeking a unilateral hearing, Court approval is required. You may submit your unilateral request for hearing by sending an email to fparent@jud11.flcourts.org (copy to all parties required).
