NEW MANDATORY CASE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES
In compliance with Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order 20-23A12 and the 11th Judicial Circuit Administrative Order 21-09, lawyers and litigants are required to follow the procedures outlined below:
A. For cases filed BEFORE APRIL 30, 2021, you MUST submit CASE MANAGEMENT REPORT AND ORDER via CourtMAP under Proposed Orders.
Word versions of the Case Management Report and Order are also located below under the DOCUMENTS tab.
B. DO NOT submit a Case Management Report and Order if:
1. There is already an EXISTING CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER setting forth all pretrial deadlines.
2. Your case is already set for trial.
3. Your case is currently on inactive status by court order.
4. Your case is subject to current moratoria.
5. Your case is subject to F.S. 51.011
6. If your case has been Noticed for Lack of Prosecution Hearing (FWOP) unless it is being attached to your WRITTEN GOOD CAUSE SHOWING.
7. Your case is uncontested.
C. If your case meets any of the exceptions listed above, you must still follow the timeline requirements set forth in the 11th Judicial Circuit Administrative Order 21-09.

D. If your case was filed ON OR AFTER APRIL 30, 2021, the Court will issue a Case Management Order with prescribed timelines.

The Circuit has moved to Zoom as a platform for remote hearings. Schedule your hearings as usual (Motion Calendar / Special Sets) via CourtMAP. FOLLOW ALL PROCEDURES AS INDICATED ON EACH PORTAL.
If you do not wish to proceed or have resolved your matter, please use the CANCELLATION function via CourtMAP or call the Judge's office.
After a Virtual Hearing
TO CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE: Call Chambers ASAP. You will be given the next available Motion Calendar date and any other further instructions.
Foreclosure Motion Calendar Days/Time: Foreclosure Motion Calendar is held every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Foreclosure Motion Calendar hearings are limited to ONE per day, 5 minutes per case. Hearings NOT COORDINATED with "ALL" parties will be CANCELLED.
To Make Calendar: Select available date and time via courtMap. The filed motion(s) and all documents in support must be attached when the hearing is scheduled. Once a green "Success" message appears, the hearing has made calendar. You must still prepare, file and serve a Notice of Hearing.
Responses: Submit the filed Response, if any, via courtMap under the "Foreclosure Motion Calendar", case number and hearing date, prior to the hearing date.
Cancellations: The party that noticed the hearing may cancel via courtMap after filing its Notice of Cancellation. May also send Notice of Cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and calling Chambers to confirm.
