Motion must be filed prior to setting on calendar. When calling to set motion on calendar, Attorneys, and GAL must be on the line.

Motion to Withdraw-DO NOT require a hearing. Please submit copy of motion with consent, and a proposed order to chambers or through e-Courtesy. Please allow time for order to be signed.

Motion for Continue-Must be done in writing and Must include the Client's and/or Opposing Attorneys consent. The Court will NOT consider or set for hearing any motions for continues which do not include consent. Only exception would be due to medical or illness reasons.

Request for Mediation or Referrals-Must be submitted to Chambers. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive orders.

5 Minute Motion calendar Must be set with chambers, and are subject to change. All motions must be filed prior to setting. When calling to set case on calendar please call after 1:30pm, and have opposing counsel on the line.

Before filing a Notice of Hearing, you must contact the Judge's Chambers to place your case on the Motion Calendar.

If there is opposing counsel and/or Guardian Ad Litem, hearing must be coordinated with them

You must call chambers with all parties involved to add, amend or cancel any hearing. No hearing will be held unless previously coordinated with Chambers.

There will be no add-ons or walk-ins on the day of Motion Calendar. All Motions must be filed and appear in Odyssey prior to setting. Please allow at least 5 to 7 working days for judge and chamber to respond to motion.
