Motions for Continuance of hearings, or any other motions pertaining to hearings set before the General Magistrate or Hearing Officer must be addressed with their office. DO NOT submit any agreed orders for same via e-Courtesy to Chambers. You must contact the office of the assigned GM for further instructions.
All proposed orders MUST be submitted via e-Courtesy. All orders are required to have a detailed cover letter, indicating the date the hearing was heard (if applicable), whether the order is agreed to, and an appropriate eservice list. The cover letter may be in PDF format, but all orders MUST be submitted in Word format. Ex-parte orders must be accompanied by the motion and a cover letter. Orders submitted incorrectly will be rejected.
**All proposed Reports and Recommendations of the General Magistrate/Hearing Officer and proposed Orders Ratifying the Reports and Recommendations of the General Magistrate/Hearing Officer must be sent directly to the assigned General Magistrate/Hearing Officer. Do not submit same via e-Courtesy to Chambers.
