                                           Criminal – Misdemeanor Cases
If you are a defendant in a criminal misdemeanor case before the Honorable Judge Cristina Rivera Correa, your case number should begin with the letter “M” or “B,” for example, M19-001234 or B20-009876, and your case style should be “State of Florida v. [Your Name].”

                                                Criminal – Traffic Cases
If you are a defendant in a criminal traffic case before the Honorable Judge Cristina Rivera Correa, your case should have a 7-character, alphanumerical number, which may begin with the letter “A,” for example, AB12CD3, and your case style should be “State of Florida v. [Your Name].”

                                          Civil – Domestic Violence Cases
If you are a party, i.e., Petitioner or Respondent, in a civil domestic violence case before the Honorable Judge Cristina Rivera Correa, your case should begin with a 4-digit year, followed by a 6-digit sequence and “FC-04,” for example, 2019-001234-FC-04, and your case style should be “[Petitioner’s Name] v. [Respondent’s Name].”
