the Circuit’s website at jud11.flcourts.org/Ex-Parte-Hearing. Select the specific hearing date.
Please make sure after you sign-up on the Court's website to upload your petition and Proposed order before midnight.
petition must already be filed through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and appear on the docket before submitting to eCourtesy.
proposed orders must be submitted to eCourtesy in WORD.
petition also need to be filed at the
same time on E-Courtesy.
proposed orders must be titled clearly.
of Administration, Orders Appointing Personal Representative and Order
Designating Depository and their respective petitions must all be presented to
the Judge at the same time.
Administration petitions and Orders, as well as any proposed Petition and
Orders of Homestead must be presented to the Judge as the same time.
the correct eCourtesy folder and submit the proposed order and petition to that
available, attorneys must use the SmartForm proposed order posted on the
Circuit’s website. (jud11.flcourts.org/Probate-Smart-Forms).
