Foreclosure calendars are held on Tuesdays at 8:00 am. (Availability can be found on CourtMAP)

Only one (1) motion per case will be heard.  Courtesy copies AND PROPOSED ORDERS MUST be brought to court at time of hearing. The filed motion and all documents in support must be attached when the hearing is scheduled. Once a green "success" message appears, the hearing has made calendar. You must still prepare, file and serve a Notice of Hearing. You must give 7 business days notice.

Motions for default must be submitted with proof of service, affidavit of diligent search and proof of publication (where service is by publication) and non-military affidavit(s). One motion per defendant.

If you wish to appear by phone, please call chambers the Friday before or day before the hearing. Give either the Bailiff or J.A. the case number, attorney appearing by phone's name and direct telephone number But must submit proposed orders for the motion that is scheduled ahead of time to the Judicial Assistant's email at jseligman@jud11.flcourts.org. (For example: the hearing scheduled is a motion to compel. We need a proposed order for the motion to compel.) Only one attorney or pro-se may appear by phone. Any motion submitted through CourtMAP or emailed to the Judicial Assistant to appear by phone for motion calendar and order ONLY will be ignored. Motion's for Default and Default Judgments an attorney must be present in court with supporting documents.  

Notice of Cancellations- Hearings must be cancelled on CourtMAP. A notice of cancellation must also be e-filed.

 

A copy of the Motion and Notice of hearing must be submitted through E-file. If the Motion and Notice are not submitted through E-file the Motion will not be heard.

Pro Se Litigants are required to file documents in person with the Clerk's Office.
