AO 22-05 A1, regarding the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Professionalism and Civility Committee states that the purpose of the committee is to promote adherence to standards of conduct including those set forth in “The Florida Bar Legal Professionalism in the Electronic Age Special Considerations for Attorneys,” which is included as an exhibit to the AO and at page 17 sets forth the language that “As an attorney you are held to higher standards which includes wearing professional attire, even from the confines of your home.”
