Effective July 12, 2019, Judge Bailey will be taking over the CJIP cases that were previously assigned to Section 34, Judge Rodney Smith.  If you have any hearings set for the week of 7/15/19 before the senior judge, those matters will be heard by the senior judge that week.  Please appear for those hearings.  For hearings, case management conferences, and trials set after 7/22/19; Judge Bailey will make every effort to keep the dates as set.  If you have a specific question about your date, please contact VIA EMAIL ONLY,
