The Parties are to confer and submit 1 (one) binder. The binder is to include the motion, the opposition and the reply (if any) and limited to 3 (three) cases in which the party is relying upon. The binder is to be delivered to the Court at least 5 (five) business days before the hearing.

-All Motions placed on Judge Thomas' Motion Calendar shall be submitted via E-Courtesy with a minimum 7 Business Day Notice.
-All documents filed with the Clerk’s Office must also be sent to the Complex Business Litigation email address at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the case # listed in the email subject line using the following format yy-######(ex: 12-12345 not 12-012345)
