All motions must be submitted to the clerk's office via e-Filing Internet Portal and uploaded to e-Courtesy with a notice of hearing.

  • All motions to continue trial or strike trial dates, even if agreed, must be set on calendar.
  • Telephonic appearances are permissible.  In order to appear by phone, please submit a proposed order granting telephonic appearance via e-Courtesy.  Once approved, the person appearing telephonically must call CourtCall at (888) 882-6878 at least two days in advance to set up your telephonic appearance.
  • Any lawyers scheduling and noticing a motion or special set hearing must certify that they have already contacted opposing counsel to resolve all issues to be presented and have been unable to agree
  • Anyone noticing motions or special set hearings; having NOT previously contacted counsel in an effort to resolve the matter will be subject to sanctions.  This must be certified as set above on the motion or it will NOT be heard and will be taken OFF calendar.
  • All motions/exhibits must be submitted by e-Courtesy.  Submissions in excess of 20 pages must be provided via hard copy to the court and opposing counsel no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.  Any response should be delivered to the court and opposing counsel no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
