Please be advised that even though it is an open calendar, it does close 7 bussiness days prior to the calendar date and that not additional submissions are accepted beyond that point.

Submit Motion and Notice of Hearing along with all supporting documents via e-Courtesy, under Motion Calendar.
E-Filing is soley for the clerks office. Anything e-filed will NOT automatically upload to e-courtesy.
Only ONE (1) Motion per case will be heard.
All motions to continue trial or strike trial dates, even if agreed, must be set on calendar.
Motions to Withdraw, if AGREED, can be submitted via e-Courtesy, under Proposed Orders. It MUST specify that it is agreed, contain signatures of all parties and consent from your clients. The Motion and Consent MUST be E-Filed pior to submission on e-courtesy. I it is NOT AGREED it MUST be set on Motion Calendar.
Stipulations for Substitution of Counsel may be submitted via e-courtesy under Proposed Orders along with a consent of the clients. The Stipulation for Substituion of Counsel and Consent of the Clients MUST be E-Filed prior to submission on e-courtesy.
Notice of Hearing must be E-Filed and submitted via e-courtesy at least 7 business days, prior to the Motion Calendar date, not including weekends and holidays, along with the Motion, and all supporting documents.
No Add-ons will be heard.
Original copies of all pleadings must be efiled with the Clerk.
