E-Filing is soley for the clerk's office. Anything e-filed will NOT automatically upload to e-courtesy.
Motions to withdraw, if AGREED, can be submitted on e-courtesy under Proposed Orders. It MUST specify that the it is agreed and contain a consent from your client(s). The Motion and Consent MUST be e-filed prior to submission on ecourtesy. If it is NOT AGREED it MUST be set on Motion Calendar.
Stipulations fro Substitution of Counsel may be submitted via e-courtesy under Proposed Orders along with a consent of your client(s). It MUST contain all appropriate signatures of counsels and Consent of your client(s). The Stipulation for Substitution of Counsel and consent MUST be e-filed prior to submission on e-courtesy.
No Cross-notice or Add-ons will be heard.
