Transfer Calendars are heard by Administrative Judge Lourdes Simon every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom. Motions to Transfer must be heard by the Administrative Judge, not by the assigned Division Judge. The e-filed Motion to Transfer must be uploaded at the time of scheduling. The Notice of Hearing must be e-filed and uploaded to courtMAP prior to hearing.

Agreed Orders for Transfer should be submitted in Word format with copy to all parties via email to CA03@jud11.flcourts.org

In order to schedule your Motion to Transfer, you must select the Transfer Calendar plan on courtMAP. Once you've scheduled the hearing on the Transfer Calendar, the courtMAP email confirmation will show the Division Judge's name and not Judge Simon's. However, the Transfer Calendar hearing will be before Judge Simon.
