Motion Calendars
Commencing Tuesday, April 1, 2020 open motion calendars for both Division 43 and 58 will be conducted only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. via CourtCall.

Special Set Hearings
Special Set hearings will be conducted via Zoom:
1.  Moving party shall host the conference. 
2.  Two days before the hearing moving party shall circulate conference info on notice of hearing that shall be submitted as a supporting document on courtMap. 
3.  All motions, responses and caselaw shall be submitted three days prior to hearing as a supporting document on courtMap. 

No more than 10 pages shall be faxed to Chambers, any party faxing more than 10 pages may be sanctioned.

Please be advised that Judge Hanzman will be on vacation the week of May 11, 2020 through May 15, 2020.  All cases currently set on calendar will be rescheduled.

Motions for Reconsideration/Rehearing shall be delivered to chambers and submitting party will be called with instructions on setting the matter.

Foreclosure Motion Calendar

All sale cancellations will be handled during the Foreclosure Motion Calendar on Monday’s at 9:00 AM.  As sale dates are scheduled well in advance, there should be no emergency motions to cancel sales.  In the rare instance of an Emergency Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale the motion must be faxed in to chambers at (305) 349-7257, please call to confirm it has been received.
