Members of the public who are observing hearings must join hearings with their cameras on so they may be identified to the Court.

HOWEVER, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HEARINGS AND ADOPTIONS SCHEDULED ON ZOOM ARE HELD AT  https://zoom.us/j/94017080520

If your hearing is scheduled via the Zoom platform you will receive an email from the Court with the date and time of the hearing along with the Zoom ID.  To participate by video, you must click on the weblink you received in the email invitation at the time your hearing is scheduled. To participate by phone you will call 786-635-003 and enter Zoom ID 93093751321.

Video appearance is required for any participant whose testimony is necessary so the judge can administer the oath.

Please wait until a day before your scheduled hearing for the court to send you an email containing a Zoom link and instructions. If you resolve your matter, please cancel it in CourtMAP or, if you have no access to CourtMAP, by calling the judge’s chambers at 305-349-5732.

 It is vital that all parties, including attorneys, the parties themselves, and pro se litigants register at the Florida Court E-Filing Portal at
https://www.myflcourtaccess.com/. This is the only method for filing and receiving pleadings and court notices.  

All parties must also register with the CourtMap system to view the case and submit required evidence or additional documents.  

Important: In order to create a CourtMAP account, you must first register with the State of Florida’s E-Filing Portal for the case in which you are a self-represented litigant.
If you have not registered your email for the case number with the E-Filing Portal, follow the below instructions in order to create a courtMAP account.
1. Create an account with the Florida E-Filing Portal. 
2. Complete the Designation of Current Service Address form.
3. Submit the Designation of Current Service Address Form to your case via the E-Filing Portal. View instructions
4. Once you have created an account with the E-Filing Portal and have submitted the form, return to courtMAP to register by entering the case number and email used with the E-Filing Portal below.

"5-MINUTE" MOTION CALENDAR - Meeting Zoom ID: 93093751321

The 5-Minute Motion Calendar takes place on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. This calendar is for non-evidentiary matters only.  Motions to Compel, Motions to Appoint GAL, Motions to Withdraw, Motions for Referral, and the like, are all proper for the 5-Minute Motion Calendar. The Court limits any one case to a total of 15 minutes (3 motions total).

Please note: DO NOT SET MOTIONS FOR CONTEMPT/ENFORCEMENT ON THE 5-MINUTE MOTION CALENDAR. ALL MOTIONS FOR CONTEMPT/ENFORCEMENT SHALL BE SPECIAL SET WITH THE JUDICIAL ASSISTANT.

 
Motion Calendar will be held via Zoom for NON-EVIDENTIARY matters every Tuesday at 9:30 AM

Instructions for setting:

1.    On the E-FILING PORTAL, file the Motion with any exhibits. Include 11thFC39@jud11.flcourts.org on all filings.

2.    On the E-FILING PORTAL, E-SERVE the opposing side with your filing.

3.    On COURTMAP, coordinate with opposing party and select the date to have the motion heard. Once a date is agreed upon, you may set the hearing using the Motion Calendar slot. Attach the motion, response, notice of hearing, and any supporting documents as "supporting documents." 

4. Unilaterally set hearings, without coordination from the opposing party, will be removed from the calendar.

5. If you are unable to contact the opposing party in order to set a hearing, please advise the Court's judicial assistant, who will then advise the Court.
