HOW TO SET A MOTION CALENDAR HEARING:
1) Select a Tuesday or Thursday that is not listed on the Cancellation/Full dates list above. {Motion calendar days are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am.}
a.) All motion calendar hearings, including add-ons/cross-notices Must be coordinated with opposing counsel by following steps 1-4 to ensure that they are properly set and within the Court's CAP.

2) Submit NOH via the eCourtesy Motion Calendar Section (this is simply a request for your hearing to be set).
a.) Notate the name of the person with whom the hearing was coordinated with, under the title heading “Notice of Hearing.” Please add to your NOH the date the motion was filed. If the other party is pro se, notate “Defendant/Plaintiff is pro se” (no coordination is necessary).

3) TO CONFIRM SETTING OF A MOTION CALENDAR HEARING: Check the Docket and/or Hearing Details section two weeks from your NOH submission request to e-courtesy to confirm that your hearing has been set by the judge’s office.

4) Do not e-file your NOH until after it reflects on the docket that the hearing has been set.

NOTE: eFiling your NOH Only, does not confirm that your hearing has made calendar.

If the calendar date CAP has been reached, you will receive a notice from the eCourtesy system that your motion(s) did not make calendar.
