All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk’s Offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020, in observance of Independence Day.
The courts will resume Emergency COVID-19 Phase 1 Operations on Monday, July 6th, as established under Administrative Orders (AOs) 20-11 and 20-13: for the health and safety of the community and court staff, the courts will remain closed to in-person proceedings, with exceptions as listed in the AOs. Virtual Courtroom proceedings will continue to take place via telephone or video technology.
