The Honorable Bertila Soto, Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, was among those honored on March 23, 2019 by the League of Women Voters of Miami-Dade County with the 2019 Women Who Shine Award.
Commemorating Women’s History Month, the awards ceremony recognized women of achievement who have made outstanding contributions to our community and serve as role models for future generations.
In addition to her Women Who Shine Award, Chief Soto also received a Miami-Dade County Proclamation presented by Commissioner Daniella Levine Cava.
